Short Service Commission SSC  Recruitment --- 2014 – Apply Online or Offline for 1006 Data Entry Operator ,  991 Posts of Lower Division Clerk Combined Higher Secondary Level (+2) Examination – 2014 SSC announced notification for posts of 1006 posts of DEO ( Data Entry Operator) and  991 LDC ( Lower Division Clerk ). Total numbers of posts are 1997.

Educational Qualification;-

 Passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.

Age Limit:-

18 to 27 years as on 01 /08 /2014 i.e Candidates born not before 02/08/1987 and not later than 01/08/1996.

Age Relaxation:-

SC/ST                    05 Years

OBC                       03 Years

PH                          10 Years

Other Relaxation as per govt. rules.

Syllabus:-

Written Examination Consist of One objective Type paper and Paper of Four Parts and each part contain 50 questions.

Paper will be set in Hindi and English . There will be negative marking of 0.25 i.e 1 mark will be deducted after 4 Wrong Answers.

Selection Criteria:- Selection will be based on performance in Written Examination /Skill Test for the Post of DEO ( Data Entry Operator) and Written Test /Typing Test for the Post of LDC (Lower Division Clerk) on Computer.

For Offline:-

Applicant can  send  his / her applications in the prescribed format downloaded from the website along with recent attested passport size photograph to the given Regional Office/Sub Regional Offices of the Commission . Application received in any other  Regional Office/Sub Regional Offices will be rejected.
